Terms and Policies

Cancellations and Changes:

Our Priority is to process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure fast delivery practices.  We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your order once your order is placed.  

Damaged Items:

It is of the highest importance that all of our products are carefully selected with the most superior and freshest products available.  If for any reason your gift arrives damaged please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will gladly provide a replacement on unopened merchandise.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to safety and health regulations, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on all food and chocolate products.  Refunds and Exchanges are only applicable on unopened non-perishable items. 

Privacy:

Privacy of our valued customers is of great importance to us.  You can be rest assured that we do not share any information with Third Parties and are PCI Compliant.

 Delivery Procedures:

GTA: We offer same day delivery Monday - Saturday before 3:00 pm

During Peak Seasons and Holidays we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.  

 

Delivery times can vary between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and cannot be guaranteed. Please note if the recipient is unavailable on the delivery date selected, the gift item may be left with a neighbour or at the front door pending on the driver's discretion.  Gifts may also be left at the reception for business addresses and at the concierge for condominiums.  If for any reason the gift is undeliverable, the gift will then be sent back and further instructions will be given to the customer.  Please note when re-attempting delivery, a new delivery charge will be incurred.
